SCENARIO
Imagine
you are talking to a relative, a friend or a work colleague
about some people's lack of enthusiasm for studying.
At
some point, the other person says:
"who
doesn't feel like studying at all?"
In
Spanish, the other person could choose to say:
¿Quién
no tiene ninguna gana de estudiar?
OUR
TIP
Answering
this question should be straightforward. Naming the person who
doesn't feel like studying may be sufficient. However, you may use
the expression tener gana de to make your answer more
informative.
Here
are some examples of how you could use that expression:
- No tengo ninguna gana de estudiar (I don't feel like studying at all);
- No tienes ninguna gana de estudiar, ¿verdad? (you don't feel like studying at all, do you?);
- Pedro no tiene ninguna gana de estudiar (Pedro doesn't feel like studying at all);
- María no tiene ninguna gana de estudiar (María doesn't feel like studying at all);
- No tenemos ninguna gana de estudiar (we don't feel like studying at all);
- Pedro y María no tienen ninguna gana de estudiar (Pedro and María don't feel like studying at all);
Now
you should practise answering the question:
¿Quién
no tiene ninguna gana de estudiar?
