Mucho

La palabra de hoy es: 'mucho' = a lot (for example, a large quantity of something not counted nor measured!). When used as an adjective in plural (i.e. when referring to a number of things which can be counted, but are not actually counted!), it means many. As an adjective the word takes the four possible forms of most adjectives: 'mucho'/ 'mucha'/ 'muchos'/ 'muchas'

Ejemplos:
  • Llueve mucho en este país (In this country it rains a lot)
  • Hay mucha gente en este sitio (There are many people here)
  • En España tenemos muchos amigos (We have many friends in Spain)
